Our story
We’re TheResearchLab—a partnership built on shared values and complementary skills. We decided to team up after realizing that when we worked together, we helped businesses save millions and create millions. That’s when it clicked: the market was missing agile research partners who could blend deep qualitative insight with rigorous quantitative analysis—and do it with care, not automation. Our backgrounds span UX, market research, biostatistics, trust, and health, with experience across industries and markets. We use AI as a tool, but the thinking, interpreting, and crafting of insights always come from us. At the heart of it, we believe great research is done by people—for people.
Eva Paraskevadaki
Data Scientist | Research Mentor
Eva is a seasoned quantitative researcher with over a decade of experience applying statistical expertise across domains including public health, epidemiology, and user/customer experience. She partners with organizations to design robust studies, uncover actionable insights, and guide evidence-based decisions. Eva specializes in research design, sampling, data mining, and advanced statistical modeling, and has mentored academic and professional researchers through courses, workshops, and one-on-one collaboration. Her work bridges academia and industry, with a focus on applied biostatistics and promoting statistical literacy across disciplines.
Vasileios Kalyvis
Social Scientist | UX Researcher
Vasilis is a senior mixed-methods researcher with a PhD in the social sciences and deep expertise across UX and market research. With international experience spanning the US, Malta, and Europe, he partners with organizations to uncover insights that inform smart decisions and shape meaningful user and customer experiences. Vasilis combines rigorous qualitative and quantitative approaches, specializing in product discovery, segmentation, and experience optimization. He has led research for global brands across sectors including online gaming, resume-building, and retail—helping clients navigate complexity, connect with their audiences, and grow with confidence.
